Website issue

i have my website and crm, which are on PHP Laravel, i havea bought it from third party vendor and was live with cloud professional plan from hostinger, now i have renewed it with their business web hosting plan but website and crm are not opening now. It is showing some problem like smtp or sql something. And this is the below problem on which i am landing

CRM issue : SQLSTATE[42000]: Syntax error or access violation: 1461 Can't create more than max_prepared_stmt_count statements (current value: 100000)

Now, i am unable to understand the problem and don't know how to resolve it. Kindly, guide me how make my website live again and tell me whats the issue that i am facing right now.
