Website deployed on hostinger runs fine on local machine but says ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED on other devices

I just deployed a web application on hostinger, its using laravel at the backing and React, InertiaJS on the frontend, but after deployment I connected the database and it worked fine on my machine but on other devices there was just a white screen and ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED on the console. When I deploy the old version it works fine but this new version has some problem. This is my .env file
