Validation - allow to check same date

For date validation, there are "before" and "after" rules. It would be nice if we also have:

"samedate" to check if dates are the same

"beforeOrSameDate" to check if a date is before or the same as others

"afterOrSameDate" to check if a date is after or the same as others.

This can be useful e.g. some guy works for one day and so employment start and end date are the same date. But end date is never before start date.
