User last activity on page

Hello I’m working on a Udemy like plateform Where the user basically can follow courses The thing that I’m stuck on is how to track user progression in course Example the course has PDFs videos quizzes I have to track where the user stopped ( and when he goes to the course take him to the part where he stopped ) Same thing for videos (redirect him to the minute where he stopped watching kinda like YouTube )

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to achieve this I’m working with laravel and vuejs
