Updating taxPercentage with Laravel Cashier

We have a way of calculating the taxPercentage for a user with Laravel Cashier. All is well, it's working good.

However, what happens when a user updates their credit card to a different number with a different billing zip? I have a client who needs to charge sales tax depending on the customer's state. What if they signed up from Ohio and then moved to Michigan and I needed to update tax_percent (at Stripe) for their subscription?

As of right now, I don't see a way to do this. How can I do this using Laravel Cashier?
