Styles not loading on landing page on Heroku deployment platform

I am trying to deploy an app using Heroku platform. Installation went well but styles are not applying when I am landing on the main page. Afterwards everything is working if I am changhing the pages, even when I am coming back to the landing page is working. Any ideas guys what might be the problem. Thank you
