Stripe Subscription Plans

Hi I want to create subscription plans for my application locally in my application database not in stripe dashboard. then attach it to user when they subscribes.

In my application admin will create multiple plans from admin panel. User will have to choose and subscribe for the plan while registering.

I also want to know how can i create subscription for user with registrarion.
