Signal Messaging

I am looking for Signal protocol implementation in PHP. Could someone suggest a good package for Signal protocol?

I am building the backend API for a mobile application. While do not exactly need e2e encryption between users, we need e2e encryption from each user to the server. And we need the encryption key to be different for each user. So, if you have anything other than Signal protocol to suggest, I am all ears.

I haven't seen a PHP lib/sdk for Signal.org but there's a JS one that may be of interest, you could either use that or use it to create your own PHP lib/sdk
