Secure Links in Laravel

I'm developing a training site. When the user buys training , The user can see the download link...

If the link is displayed normally, for example :

http://site.com/dl/file.zip

Anyone can access it

I dont want this to happen And I want to create a download link that only the user can download and do not see the main file link can you help me?

'Signed URL's' might be what you're after : https://laravel.com/docs/5.7/urls#signed-urls

You can make a URL to a controller action (like 'DownloadController@show') and use the signed url to make sure only that user can access it? And in the controller return a file download if they pass the signed check etc?
