Roles and Permissons And Migrations

I watched the video on ACL for Roles and Permissions and added the foreach loop in the AuthServiceProvider so that it will define permissions for the authenticated user however if I have to php artisan migrate I have to comment out the foreach for me to be able to run my migrations every time. For anyone who has watched this video, how can I get around this?
