Problem Carbon and Stripe API

Hi all,

After updating to the latest version of the Stripe API, I get this error

DateTime::__construct(): Failed to parse time string (@) at position 0 (@): Unexpected character

I'm using Stripe 8, Carbon 1.36.2 and Laravel 5.7
