Notify Slack Chanel on Exception

Hello Guys,

I Curently run an Ecommerce entirely built in Laravel, And sometimes, there are some changes that ends up generating some erros.

I use an awesome Slack Laravel api wich works fantastic, I wonder,

Where should i put my slack notification, so that in case i get any errors from the application (whoops) it can notify me on my slack, with relevant info on the error so i can get to it ASAP?
