What you've asked isn't very clear. Some detail about your setup would be useful, such as are you on your own server that you control? Are you on shared hosting? What protocols are you using, http or Https? If you are using TLS/SSL have you checked that you certs are fine and that the issuer hasn't been blocked? How do you know the client is being blocked, what behaviour are they seeing? Are they getting timeouts? Can the client access your server by its IP address? Can they ping your server by domain or ip? Is your client located in a region that has government firewalls such as China? What have you already tried to find the problem?
