laravel voyager file has not been generated in the server files

Hi , I m really stuck with this problem , Plz Help me I just uploaded an application created by Laravel + voyager to a shared host ,

the issue is that when I add a file (for instance , product image) , the path of the file inserted successfully in the DB , but the file has not been stored in the host (exactly , public_html/vendor/products/february2021./.....jpg)

i my localhost , all is perfect with no problem , but in the host I got that problem ; path of the image inserted in the DB , but the image has not been stored in the server files .
