Found a fix. For me it was adjusting the PATH.
export PATH=$PATH:~/.composer/vendor/bin
Then uninstall valet, install valet and park your Sites directory again.

Laravel Valet - .php file not found
Installation of Laravel Valet went great and it serves .html. But whenever I want a .php like index.php to be served, it says "File not found."

sadly this doesn't work with my environment :( any other ideas? PATH Variable is set correctly
