Laravel Roles and Permissions

I am using Laravel Package laravel-permission. I have my Organization/ Website structure like

1- Properties

2- Autos

3- Jobs

Now each of above has Admin and User roles. How i can create roles & permission for them? What will be names for these roles? Should we follow some heirarchy or team structure?
