Laravel live audio/video broadcasting app?

What should I use to build a Laravel live audio/video broadcasting app, I mean for example a teacher can create many lessons and live-broadcast them to his students. The students connect to the app and can see and subscribe to upcoming lessons and can watch current live.

Could YouTube live service help?
