Laravel / Inertia / Vue3 package dev

I wish to share some code between several projects and by the way learn about package development.

I try to begin from scratch following the doc https://laravel.com/docs/11.x/packages

but did not succeed and I am not able to share some "sole" problem/code.

Have some links to share that I should use as a general guide?
