Laravel Forge - Does it come with fail2ban?

I am having some issues with my server right now getting ddosed, I have cloudflare setup with bunch of firewall rules but it still goes down very frequently.

A colleague of mine told me to install fail2ban to check nginx logs, however, when I googled this it seems like it is pre-installed on all forge servers?

Is this still the case?
