Laravel Deployments

Hello all,

I had a question about deployments. Currently our workflow features atlassian bamboo to run our deployments, however, seems limited in terms of what i'm able to do. The only way to deploy a PHP project is over SCP. It looks like it's working well, however, the only issue I see is that old files that have been removed from the project are not being deleted from the server so we have some clutter going on. Any idea on how to handle this? Do I completely uninstall the project then reinstall it with composer?
