Laravel Breeze Authentication redirection back without registering the user

Hi developers, am using laravel breeze on laravel 10 when i hit the register button am being redirected to the register page and when i check my database its empty, please help i just configured mailtrap for mail verification using the deffault ReqisteredUserController
