you could look at google translate api https://cloud.google.com/translate
obviously you'd want to run this one time process which would fill a translated 'body' field.

Laravel auto-translate
Is there a package for Laravel where it can auto-translate the website based on the locale like google translate?
The website has already a lot of content and it will takes months to translate it all, so until we translate the website we are looking for a package to google translate the page then serve it, even if the translation is not that good, what matters is Google Bot won't see the pages as double content because the pages are not fully translated yet.
