Laravel 5.4 blogsite hosted on heroku

Good day!, i'm currently hosting a blogsite which has an image upload functionality, and i'm having trouble displaying the image. When i checked the request it says 403 forbidden for the image. but when i was developing the functionality in my local machine, it is perfectly working.

PS: The upload images are currently located in /storage/cover_images
