Laravel 4.2 and php 7.1 issues with Carbon
Declaration of Carbon\Carbon::setTime($hour, $minute, $second = 0) should be compatible with DateTime::setTime($hour, $minute, $second = NULL, $microseconds = NULL)
Just updated php to 7.1, then got this error. How to resolve it?

Upgrade Laravel since 4.2 doesn't work well with PHP 7. And also don't bump 2 year old threads.
