i've PHP-intl on my mac machine , but i can't find it within Xampp
i've tried everything to install php-intl on Xampp , but everything didn't work for me. i spent like one day trying stackoverflow and a lot of recipes.
in terminal when writing php -m | grep intl
intl but got nothing when using it in xampp
my question how to install it for xampp , v 7.1.30 , php 7.1

i did that , but it's not working , i think it's not installed within my Xampp , even it's on my mac in the PHP-cli

if you're like me and searched the whole internet for a solution. i'd like to tell you please don't search in more because PHP intl won't work for XAMPP on MAC
the other alternative is to move your local dev into local apachectl and start working without XAMPP
