Is it possible to install laravel on a cloud hosting platform?

I'd find out more from the folks at hostgator, get the specs. However if you can't run artsian you could still upload your project, so either way you should be ok.

I contacted support and they said that I would be able to create Cron jobs that run no more than once every 15 minutes.

In the laravel docs, the cron job for the sceduler runs every minute. is this going to be a problem on my server? or can i modify the cron job script to 15 minutes?

If you need hosting that meets higher specs, why not look at digital ocean or one similar.

Well normally the cron job is a host method, laravel task can be set to various intervals.
