How to translate the dynamic content coming from the Admin in localisation.

So I have the ecommerce project on which I have to apply the localisation. For static content we can manage the @lang or trans helper etc.. What if we had the dynamic content? for example the product name, category name, sub category names product description etc along with the layout to RTL for arabic?

I want when the locale has changed then these names should also be translated .. How do i have to achieve it ? Do we have a plugin for it? OR can we do it manually? Please help..
