How to test emails?

Hi,

I've watched this video:

It explains how to test emails. But that does not work in Laravel 5.4. Any good libraries or examples on how to do this?

You could use FakeSMTP, it's a fake local mailing server used for testing (http://nilhcem.com/FakeSMTP/)

An other solution would be to use https://mailtrap.io/

Or you can simply fake the Notification class and use the methods provided by the fake, like this :

It works great, and is very simple.
