How to deploy Laravel project in Windows server 2012

Hi,

I am about to finish my first Laravel project and I need to deploy it on a Windows Server 2012.

Following are the software versions I have used during my development (on a Linux server) - Laravel - 5.3.0 PHP - 5.6.3 My SQL - 5.5.54

I believe that this information is a bit dated. So, can you give me any pointers? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
