How to Deploy Laravel App on Digital Ocean

I developed a Laravel-5.8 Application and its MySQL database on Windows using XAMPP.

Now the challenge is that I am told to deploy it (the running application) on digital ocean.

How do I achieve this from the Windows environment. I have never used Digital Ocean before.

Digital ocean is not going to have xampp. Xampp is for development.
