Hosting Laravel app

I need to host a Laravel project built on my local machine. I've been trying to create custom VPS on Forge with no result. It keeps rolling "Building" for over 3 good days now, even after I canceled and started again on several occasions. Can anyone recommend a good alternative aside Forge and Fortrabbit?

I could not also make payment with my debit card on digitalOcean, that is also out. I just need another similar service provider Any idea?

Heroku but unlike a VPS, you'll have to use plugins for things like MySQL. It's unusual but not a massive deal.
