Horizon indicates Inactive, however, Horizon is executing jobs on a separate worker server

I have a feeling this might not be an issue for this package, if so, feel free to close it.

Here's the situation:

My architecture is structured like this:

• Load balancer
• • Web server
• • Web server
• • Worker server
• Database cluster
• Redis cluster

All on DigitalOcean.

The worker server executes all the schedules (artisan schedule:work) and jobs (artisan horizon).

But the web server communicates the Health page and indicates Horizon is offline and the scheduler is not running. Everything runs, but the status page does not indicate the correct status.
