good tutorial to start with Laravel 8

Hey folks, I've done a project with Laravel 4 around 5 years ago.

Now I am back to the programming world, a lot has happend :-)

Long story short I want to start a new project with laravel 8, but I am, honestly, a bit confused by the fresh installation. I think I forgot a lot.

Now I thought we have a Laravel 8 from scratch series, but I could "only" find one for laravel 6.

So should I start with learning laravel 6 all over and then move to v8.x?

I apprechiate some advice a lot!
