Error when running laravel new blog

Hi All,

I am trying to install a new laravel application and am getting the following error in my terminal.

[GuzzleHttp\Exception\RequestException]                                                                        
cURL error 56: Recv failure: Connection reset by peer (see http://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html)

Anyone have any ideas? I have delete the laravel installer folder in my .composer/vendor folder and reinstalled that but still seem to get the error.
