Error viewing pages on new laravel installation

Hi,

I am unable to see the new laravel isntallation pages. The error I see is "Failed to load resource: net::ERR_INCOMPLETE_CHUNKED_ENCODING". Laravel version is 11.7 and OS is Ubuntu 22. No errors in apache logs visible. Any help please? Thanks!
