Error messages not displayed - Jetstream

Hey Folks,

I have a strange problem where the field validation messages are not getting displayed on the UI.

So I do get this in the response, for example

        }

But on the UI it doesn't get displayed

This is from the default register page that comes with Jetstream/Vue stack.
