Hello,
I would like to know about newsletter email that is rich with pictures such as sending promotion for product catalog. Is that html format? If so the programmer must code the newsletter since the marketing person would not be able to create the newsletter by themselves. Is this scenario that js normally happen? will ckeditor able to create html content?

Does the MailChimp actually works? I tried sending a test email using mailchimp to my yahoo email for the free version and do not get the email message.
