Does this Email API exists?

I want to send Json from Laravel to external email service. And I'm seeking somekind of external email service that have a lot of email templates, where I can inject json into,

What cant you recommend?

I'm trying to reduce the time spend on email, close to zero :D I want the marketing department to design and write, so I just-only have to send json:D

Is it possible?

Something like mailgun or mailchimp might be what you're after?
