Does Cashier-Paddle persist transaction to DB?

Trying Paddle. I'm able to create a subscriber in Paddle, but it doesn't seem to persist anything to the migrated tables provided by Paddle (subscriptions, receipts, customers). Laravel Docs don't say anything about this, I assumed it works like the Stripe package. Any tips appreciated.
