Docker Deployment

I'm using Laravel with Docker and i'm trying to prepare a docker-compose.prod.yml file along with a Docker.prod file for production use. Are there any docker files or resources, settings or permissions that I can use to get my Laravel application production ready? Migrations and Databases etc?

How can I deploy my app on a remote server using docker?
