You technically dont need anything other than a server. I do it all myself. It takes more time but its free and you learn a lot about servers.

Do we really need envoyer to deploy a laravel project?
I am deploying a laravel project now. I wonder if we really need envoyer in managing and deploying the project. I think some services like DeployBot only need Digitalocean to deploy code from Github or Bitbucket. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
