Telescope should be in your dev requirements and it shouldn't be installed on production. Have you checked documentation before asking? https://laravel.com/docs/8.x/telescope#local-only-installation

Disable telescope watchers on production
Hi there
I've replaced the enable value of some telescope watchers with false and I've run the php artisan cache:clear command, everything is fine on local but it does not work on production and I still see that watchers are working automatically!
