Deploy VueJS and Laravel API

Hi guys, I'm totally new in Laravel as API. I've created a system with VueJS as front-end and Laravel as API. In a normal deploy, I'ld create a symbolic link from my public project folder to my public_html server folder. But, and where is it created separatedly? My project structure is: MyProject ... MyFrontEnd (my vuejs front-end is here) ... MyBackend (my laravel api is here)

I wanna know how to setup my project in the server. Thanks for the helpful info!!!!
