Customize UniSharp/laravel-filemanager Iframe

I have integrated this package: https://github.com/UniSharp/laravel-filemanager to be able create a Media page which will show the File Manager.

Now, I need to add new fields during the upload as filename, revision and other information for each item.

Anyone have done it?
