Curl ssl error 60

hello everyone iam a newbie in laravel , using MacOs : majove 10.13 tried installing laravel via compser but got this error :desktop njukiandrew$ laravel new AlphaGram Crafting application...

In CurlFactory.php line 201:

cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: certificate has expired (see https: //curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html)

new [--dev] [--auth] [-f|--force] [--] []
