Create user

Hello, i try create user with photo but i don't know how write this method

protected function create(array $data)
    {
        $user = User::create([
            'name' => $data['name'],
            'surname' => $data['surname'],
            'email' => $data['email'],
            'password' => bcrypt($data['password']),   
        ]);
      $user->save();
    }

I created already have a method with upload image but that i don't know how
