Can I leverage Cashier to sell "credits" that can be spent?

I am wondering if Cashier will allow me to do this. The client I am building a site for wants to be able to sell one-time use reports. That is, a user would come in, pay a fee and then pick something out of a list and have a custom report generated and emailed to them.

He's interested in selling packages that include multiple reports. So you might have one that has 1 credit, and one that has 5 credits. So it's not a monthly subscription.

Can cashier help me with this? If not, what would you recommend I use if I want to use Stripe for billing and would like to use an existing solution.
