A good deal of coding is still required it doesn't just scaffold the finished app.

Filament – modern, clean, and highly customizable. Great for Laravel apps and a very active community.
Laravel Nova – Official Laravel package, polished and powerful, though it’s paid.
Voyager – Easier to get started with and has built-in BREAD
