Admin Panel with Template Editor and Slider Manager

Good Day!

I am trying to build a admin panel for may website, and i had done quite a bit in that area. I would like to increase my knowledge and searching for different admin panel and incorporating their style and features in my panel. This time i would like to add the same features the wordpress/joomla have. Their template editor, a drag and drop editor for editing the template content or part of the template to suite my needs and also adding a slider manager like the LayerSlider5 plugin in the wordpress.

Here's the thing that i want to ask:

1. Is there a tutorial or any sample project that have drag and drop or a much simpler template editor for admin panel that uses laravel. Can you give me a suggestion or a link that can help me with my needs?
2. For slider manager like the LayerSlider5 plugin, where can i get the same function that produces such a slide for home page in which in the admin panel, the user/admin to their own slide using the slider manager then it can be put automatically in the slide of the home page? or a tutorial.
