add a page to end of the paginator by skip button?

Hello, i am trying to make a quiz app but i want to let users skip any question and when the question is skipped i want it to be added and of the questions. It is not exact quiz it is more like teaching app. Can i do this with paginator or i should use ajax or something else with more complex logic?
